Welcome to a new blog segment: Meet the Team! Once a month we'll interview a SiteCrafting team member so you can get to know them a little better.

Our first interviewee is Ali Franetich, Project Coordinator.

So what exactly does a Project Coordinator do?
I act as the bridge between clients and developers. This is important so every client can have a consistent customer service experience. I also make sure projects stay on track and that communication lines are always open. I love face to face time with people so this is a really great job for me.

What’s your favorite SiteCrafting project or program?
I love working on Gear Grants. Twice a year SiteCrafting donates design and development time to non-profits in need of a website. Being part of the Gear Grant process, I get to go on tours and take a look behind the scenes of some really wonderful organizations. I’ve worked with YWCA of Spokane and Lutherhaven Ministries. I love getting to see how excited people are to receive a Gear Grant.

Tell me more about YOU.
I love to be outside in the sun, whether I’m going on a hike or taking a mini road trip. I recently moved to Seattle from Spokane so I’ve been exploring my new neighborhood. I love spending time with family and friends and I still make plenty of trips back to Spokane to visit.

Would you like to share any hidden talents or special skills?
Ha! I wouldn’t call it a special skill but when I attended college at Pacific Lutheran University I participated in dance ensemble. Here’s a video of one of the performances.
