Building the Site

Our web development team will create code that will power the website as outlined in the Documentation and Design phases. During this phase, you will be kept informed of the status of progress and completion of tasks in the following areas:

  • Functionality and appearance testing across multiple browsers (includes IE, Firefox, Safari and Opera)
  • Content upload to the test version of the site. This includes all text, photos and documents provided by the client or created by SiteCrafting
  • On-site training with a SiteCrafting developer. All client administrators of the site will be given an admin manual for reference and provided training with the Web Production Manager responsible for the project.

Other items of note:

  • All code is built to industry web standard best practices (XHTML, CSS, no tables here)
  • Our development teams handle projects in PHP/MySQL or .NET
  • All development adheres to Google Webmaster guidelines for Search Engine Optimization
