Documentation

Communication

Communication is critical to the success of a project, and our documentation process is designed to preserve and maintain strong communication channels throughout all phases of the website development. All meeting notes, documents and schedules are posted on our project management website, accessible by all those involved in the project. Weekly status update conference calls will be scheduled by a Web Production Manager to keep your team aware of the status of your project. A Project Plan document will be reviewed during the kick-off meeting and will be updated at every stage of the project and posted on the project management website.
