Bellarmine
Bellarmine Preparatory School is a Jesuit high school located in Tacoma, Washington. Established in 1928, Bellarmine became a co-educational facility in 1974 and currently enrolls approximately 1,000 students from Pierce, Thurston, Kitsap and King counties. Bellarmine has a long standing record of excellence, with 95-98% of its graduates attending college, and 4-6 National Merit Finalists each year.
Needs
Bellarmine Preparatory School has been using SiteCrafting for web management since 2001. As times have changed Bellarmine has looked to SiteCrafting for new tools and technologies. Bellarmine needed a way to keep website content up to date and to provide parents and students with the information they need to interact with Bellarmine.
Solution
SiteCrafting developed a Content Management System for Bellarmine and integrated a variety of web managment modules including registration forms, calendars, third party library databases, and staff pages and directories.

Fulcrum Foundation
The Fulcrum Foundation is a tax-exempt - 501(c)3, independent corporation, managed by a lay board of trustees. Fulcrum's mission is to provide tuition assistance for children whose families cannot afford the full cost of tuition to a Catholic School; to provide assistance to schools in need; to support programs that promote excellence in teaching and faith formation; and to provide seed money to start new schools.
Needs
The Fulcrum Foundation needed a web platform that allowed them to keep content up to date as well as allowed visitors to place pledges/donations as well as allowed parents to apply for Fulcrum scholarships for primary and secondary schools.
Solution
SiteCrafting provided web and application design that allowed for content and pages to be kept up to date. Additionally, the CMS allowed for Flash/media integration as well as online payment of pledges and donations. An online application for scholarships allows Fulcrum to track applications and forward the data to the parties making scholarship decisions.

Narrows League
The Narrows League, located in Manchester, Washington, conducts interscholastic amateur sports competitions while promoting a balance of academic, social athletic and other co-curricular experiences. Members of the League include Bellarmine Prep, Central Kitsap, Henry Foss, Gig Harbor, Lincoln, Mount Tahoma, North Kitsap, Olympia, South Kitsap, Stadium, and Wilson High Schools.
Needs
The Narrows League needed a system to track schedule, scores and standings as well as to track field availability.
Solution
SiteCrafting developed a scheduling, score and standing tracking systems that allows Narrows League athletes, parents, and fans to see up to date information. Athletic Directors can manage schedules and submit reschedule requests, report scores and manage standings. Schedule changes made on the backend reflect immediately on the front end.
