Page Management

The Webpages section of GearBox provides an easy and efficient way to create and update pages of your website.

A quick form allows you to set up the page title and choose a template. Once a template is selected, tabs will appear for each content section of the chosen template. When adding or updating text, colors and styles will show as you are typing. The editor makes it easy to add photos, videos, and link to documents or other webpages.

If you are managing a large number of pages on your site, there are a couple of handy tools to help you find what you’re looking for. The Search tool allows you to avoid sifting through all your pages by showing a list of pages matching your search terms for easy access to what you want. The Recent Webpages menu on the left of your main screen provides a quick list of recently added or edited webpages. Just click the page you want, and start editing.

Once you’re ready to see what your page looks like, there’s a handy link at the top that allows you to take a look at your work. There’s also advanced features that include the ability to set permissions for editing control, page reordering and setting a custom webpage address.
