At SiteCrafting, we have always focused on being the best guide and partner for our clients through the web process. Whether it’s a redesign or a functionality update to an existing website, we aim to help find the best solution for our clients.

But, sometimes, the day-to-day tasks can start to bog down the bigger picture of what we stand for as a company. As we have grown, our team has found it especially important to emphasize that bigger picture of SiteCrafting as a company.

We decided earlier this year to create our company values. However, it was important that these values were not created by our leadership team behind closed doors. We polled all of our employees to ask them what they valued from their teammates and from a company. From their survey answers, we distilled them into distinct categories and the leadership team used those, along with values they felt were important, to create 6 company values.

These values act as our guiding principles for how we want to interact with each other and with our clients.

We believe that honesty and transparency helps build trust, which creates strong relationships. Trust allows us to do our best work as a team and with our clients.

We support each other both professionally and personally. “That’s not my job” is not part of our vocabulary. We take ownership of issues and collaborate with others because we know we can accomplish more together. We care about each other and value strong, positive relationships.

3. We Get $#!* Done

We always move forward, looking for ways to better ourselves and our projects. We embrace new challenges to create the best possible products and user experiences for our clients.

4. Dedication

We believe our work has a real impact on our community – it is more than just a job. It’s everyone’s responsibility to hold ourselves to high-standards and refuse to let each other fail. This dedication and hard work allows us to focus our energy on delivering quality results to our clients in a timely manner.

To build the best product or user experience for our clients, we take the time to do our research. We pay attention to the details, audit frequently, and take a data-driven approach to how we solve problems.

6. Stay Curious
