The Challenge
SiteCrafting plays a critical role in providing quarterly happy hour events for clients, partners and teammates. The key to a successful happy hour: free drinks.
The Approach
A framework with six elements — social distancing, custom koozies, beautifully designed drink tickets, RSVP list logistics, delivery drivers, and six-packs of beer from 7 Seas Brewing.
The Result
SiteCrafting’s first stay-at-home happy hour promoted our quarterly tradition of getting together while apart. Drivers covered 352 miles on their routes to deliver 42 stay-at-home happy hour kits. Happy hour scenes were shared 17 times on social media and we had a 112% increase in social media engagement over previous happy hour events.
Happy Hour: The One Where Everyone Stays Home
We sent out invites to local clients and SiteCrafting employees with one hint: “Drinks have always been on us. We’ll get this round too.”
It was sunny and 75 degrees in Tacoma, Washington on delivery day. A perfect day for an ice-cold IPA. Our clients and teammates thought so too and tagged us in photos as they enjoyed their drinks outside.
