Chuck has been a key member of our team for 5 years. As our User Experience Manager, he can often be found creating website and web app wireframes, conducting usability testing, and managing both internal and external user experience processes. Under his skillful direction, our team successfully connects client goals with a keen understanding of user behaviors and needs.
Over the years, Chuck has held positions in product management, marketing, and sales where he gained valuable experience increasing user engagement and brand outreach, managing teams, and contributing to UX design. In 2016, he received his Master of Science degree in Human Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington. Prior to completing his Master’s degree, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Susquehanna University.
When Chuck isn’t busy saving users from bad technology experiences, you can find him backpacking or spending time with his wonderful family.
