As our Customer Success Manager, Mark ensures the success of client projects through customer support and proactive relationships. He has been with SiteCrafting since 2006 and has held a variety of positions including Senior Developer, Business Development Manager, and Solutions Architect.

Mark enjoys utilizing technology to help our clients reach their business goals on a daily basis. In addition to his expertise in development, sales, customer service, and business analysis, we rely on Mark’s ability to see the big picture while still understanding the small details. Mark has a degree in Management Information Systems from Washington State University, where he also minored in both Management and Human Resources.

After work, Mark either grabs his tools to work on a home improvement project or heads into the kitchen to create something for dinner. In his free time, you can find him playing soccer, practicing his guitar skills, or coaching small group leaders at his church.
