Reflecting on 22 Years In Business: Part Four

Brian Forth

Part 4: Our Clients

“If you’re in a knife fight in a dark alley, we’re the company you want with you.”  – Brian Forth

So, we’re not in a dark alley right now, nor are we necessarily in a knife fight— but make no mistake, we are in a fight.

The disruption and uncertainty about the future caused by this virus weighs heavy on many of our clients and partners. In some cases, we are in a fight for the very survival of the businesses that have helped SiteCrafting grow over the last 22 years.

In over two decades of business, you can imagine we’ve had our share of successes and mistakes. A mistake we refuse to make is taking our clients for granted.

Clients are the lifeblood of SiteCrafting. It’s because of you that we are able to see the world through the eyes of healthcare providers, dairy farmers, zookeepers, city administrators, parks employees, insurance agents, and the list goes on. You push us, challenge us, and stretch us across disciplines. You have helped us grow in areas we never imagined.

We wouldn’t be here today without our clients. As we enter into this “dark alley” moment I want to say: We are in this fight with you.

We know that we will only succeed if we fight for each other’s collective lives — and we will not turn and run right now. We will face whatever comes our way and find a path forward together.

As you have stood beside us, we stand beside you.
