Burkhart offers quality products and services to dental professionals. To celebrate their 130 year anniversary, Burkhart rebranded and wanted a website that reflected their new identity. The marketing team at Burkhart Dental Supply inherited the existing website on a legacy content management system. They could not update it on their own and much of their content was out of date.

    Focus on user research to better understand customers and why they come to the website in order to design the best user experience and navigation. Create a sustainable content strategy reducing the total amount of pages on the website, and present content in a clear, succinct way.

To better understand how visitors use the website and what their primary goals are when visiting the website, we interviewed employees, partners and customers of Burkhart Dental. This helped us map their audience’s journey and informed how we would ultimately organize the website.

Content Strategy

Provided the Burkhart marketing team with content strategy best practices and tools to successfully audit their website and determine which content could be archived and identify content needs for the new website. We also held a workshop on content governance so the marketing team can continue to maintain their content post-launch.
